Quilling cake



This little cake was fun, chocolate cake with ganache filling, quilled flowers.  Quilling is an old technique but a first for me on a cake.

  1. such a twist on anything i've seen.. i really like the way the fondant is perpendicular with the cake. your ideas are incredible!!
