Groovy Cake

Ms. Olivia is a very groovy young lady and this cake was so much fun to make.  Topsy turvy and airbrushed with quinine to hopefully make it glow in the black lights.  Pink with zebra stripes, and tie-dye airbrushed flowers and her name.
